COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - the practice taking precautions

Dear Patients

Due to ongoing concerns around COVID-19 (Coronavirus) the practice has taken precaution to switch to a Total Telephone Triage System for your safety and safety of our staff. This means that our front door will be locked and you will be required to speak to a member of our staff before attending the surgery.

If you are unwell with symptoms of flu you will not be seen at the surgery - please self-isolate and check yourself at the 111 online toolkit www.111.nhs.uk/covid-19

Appointment – All appointments will be telephone triaged first (booked online or by calling the surgery). If you have an appointment booked and do not have any cough or temperature please ring the doorbell.

Prescriptions - prescription requests can be placed in our prescription box or requested online (through Patient Access), through your pharmacy or by calling the practice. Please let reception know your nominated pharmacy where your prescription will be sent electronically.
