Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is an independent regulator of health and social care in England. CQC makes sure hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, and encourages them to make improvements where possible.

Our practice is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure we are meeting essential standards of quality and safety. You can find our CQC report here.

Compliments and Complaints

We aim to provide a high quality family service and are happy to hear suggestions from you to try and improve the service. If things go wrong, please contact our Practice Manager, Sanja Todorvic, who will investigate your complaint.

NHS Friends and Family Test

 

NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering patients’ feedback about an NHS service so we can regularly review it.

It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment at our practice so we can look into making changes and offer the best possible care.

Zero Tolerance

We expect our staff to be treated respectfully and courteously. Violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from our practice. Find out more about how Watling Medical Centre implements the NHS's Zero Tolerance policy.
